Managing Partner
Tristan Wynn
Tristan brings nearly a decade of lower-middle market experience as an investment banker, advisory, and private investment professional to LRP. Tristan was mostly recently an investment professional at Maranon Capital for nearly three years where he gained experience in private credit and equity across an array of industries. While at Maranon, Tristan executed transactions that combined for more than $1 billion of enterprise value. He received his MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University. Prior to business school, Tristan worked for Skylight Ridge Holdings (n.k.a. Rand & Co Holdings), where he advised founder-led businesses in areas such as business development, marketing, and finance. As an associate at Skylight Ridge, Tristan thoroughly evaluated investment opportunities, structured transactions, and participated in negotiation discussions.
Prior to Skylight Ridge, Tristan worked as an analyst for Belstone Capital, a lower-middle market merchant bank focused solely on founder-led businesses. Tristan gained extensive experience in executing more than half a dozen lower middle market capital raises and acquisitions with a combined enterprise value of more than $500mm across a wide array of industries. Given the small size of my deal teams, Tristan did more than build complex financial models and organize pitch decks for clients and partners, Tristan worked directly with executive groups on new product development, strategy plans, and operational infrastructure build-out.
Tristan received his BBA in Business Economics from J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. Tristan enjoys competitive activities and enjoys playing sports.
