Little River Partners takes a disciplined approach to identifying, acquiring, managing and ultimately exiting its operating businesses. We have specific investment criteria that guide our investment decision-making process.

• Founder or family-owned business (including franchises)

• $5-50 million revenue

• Premium or industry average margin profile with minimal to moderate capital expenditure

• Diversified customer base

• Low level of cyclicality with long-term positive cash flow

• Highly fragmented market and/or strong industry tailwinds

• Based in the eastern half of the U.S.
